| A:1) Be sure that the power is connected.The power switch is on,the voltage output is normal.The specification and type of the power-supply should be according to the requirments. 2)The power switch of the machine is not on "open" status.Please turn the button to 'on' position. |
| Q: If the current hardness show 00,the machine is in the 'stop' condition. |
| A:1)The absence of raw material in the container or the beaterin the cylinder may be frozen. 2)If too much moisture remained in the cylinder after cleaning,the beater will easy to be frozen after next usage. |
| Q: Abnormal friction noise is occurs after making the cream for a short time,the machine cannot make soft ice cream or mix. |
| A:During the ice cream making status,the mix is frozen because of to much water or the 'set hardness' is too big to make the refrigeration time too long.This phenomenon is called 'Frozen cylinder'. 1)The mixing proportion must be according to the regulation of the material,do not use too much water. 2)Drain all the water after cleaning the cylinder. 3)When the output of the two freezing cylinder is too big,the one with too little mix will cause the 'Frozen Cylinder' phenomena.To avoid this, try to keep the output of each cylinder balanced. 4)If the machine is not extrude for a long time,when the machine is on refrigeration,this may cause the cylinder to frozen.So please let the machine get a break if you do not extrude mix for more than 30 minutes. 5)no mix in the hopper will easily cause the cylinder to frozen,when the machine is on 'cool' status. |
| Q: The mix can not get into the cylinder from air tube. |
| A:1) If the temperature of the mix is too low,the fluidity of the mix will be bad and difficult to get into the two holes of the air tube.Unplug the air tube or warm the mix. 2)If the mix has been used,it will contain a big quality of air bubbles that makes it fluidity bad.This may result in air tube problem. |
| Q: The inner tray-drip is leaking badly inside the machine. |
| A:The sealed sleeve matched with the beater is not well installed,not installed or badly damaged.Install or replace the old one according to the requirement. |
| Q: Leaking of discharge door. |
| A:If the fixed nuts is too loose,please tighten it and remember to keep the clearance from the dispenser door to the panel board the same.. |
